At a guess it sounds like you have cracked the main drive pulley. As it is cracked and has in turn expanded. The noise you hear is probably it scraping on the inside of the motor casing. Don't ride the bike, get it back to Electryfying Cycles where you bought it from and they will know exactly...

Dave, I have tried this before, the Bosch magnet is about 5x as powerful as the normal ones you get with computers. I have tried several other magnets and they do not work. Don't believe me - Try it yourself. Wissy - Why not try a google search for - Bosch eBike Magnet. Check out what comes at...

Hi, The mounts have a small amount of movement in them, you can use this to remove some of the play of the battery once seated. You are correct, to access the frame bolts you need to remove the small Torx head bolts. Of course a quick trip or call to your dealer can resolve this. Also worth...

Hi, Bikes will work slightly loose or 'bed in' from new. This is normal. Why not contact your dealer? This is what they are here for, also most bikes come with a first free service.. Spoke tension can be covered within this.. Regards Martin
