    Applying Stickers to Hub Motor

Absolutely, I always have a bottle in the house. Handy for many things.

    Applying Stickers to Hub Motor

OK, so these are the stickers I've settled on. I will be printing them on glossy photo paper and fixing them with helicopter tape. This is for the frame: This is for the motor: What do you think?

This is not a bad idea, I may as well just go ahead and design my own sticker, I have found the official MXUS logo:

If that is the case then my bike is illegal and may well get seized during the next pogrom. I don't suppose the law says anything about where these markings come from? If that is the case, then buying stickers from eBay should be no problem. As far as the manufacturer's name goes, MXUS don't...

I also made this for a bit of a laugh, I changed the Bafang details for MXUS details and corrected the spelling of 'Standard':

*sigh* OK I made this label too: Also corrected the EN number: I have been experimenting with printing on glossy photo paper, results are not too shabby, just need to stick them on with some of that helicopter tape type stuff. Alternatively, I have also ordered 3 of those stickers...

I made this with "Standard" spelt correctly. It is 3.0cm x 3.0cm The only way I could get it to print at the right size (as above) was to insert it into a Word document. Also, I downloaded a free PDF editor and added "250w" into the motor specs on the invoice. It looks good, I'll keep it in...

Your second link is not working but I guess you mean that stuff they call 'Helicopter Tape'...

    Applying Stickers to Hub Motor

LOL, as simple as that? I should try that first I guess, as I have ten to play with. If that fails, I can try some of the suggestions here.

    Applying Stickers to Hub Motor

So now the police have got this new urge to seize e-bikes. I want to make my bike as non-seizable as possible. I keep my bike roadworthy with good tyres, brakes etc. I have no throttle. I have a 250w MXUS XF08C motor. I carry the invoice, but unfortunately while it says it is 36v it does not...

    Carrera vulcan or vengeance reliability?

£260 is a super low budget, but God loves a tryer! Better check Halfords daily for those re-stocked bargains. As for doing a test ride, this is very dangerous because of Newton's Third Law of Electricity: "You test an e-bike - you buy an e-bike"

    Carrera vulcan or vengeance reliability?

Mate, I'm a little confused. Do you have a £500 budget or not? A good normal hardtail or hybrid can easily be 500 and more. There are many decent e-bikes for that money on eBay and Amazon (just ask the members here what they'd recommend) or even a Carrera on the CTW scheme. There's one thing...

    Carrera vulcan or vengeance reliability?

In that case you'd probably be best buying this Carrera Vulcan for £480. There is a two year warranty on all electrical parts, so you'd get at least two years out of it. Then ride it for as long as you can after that and if/when it fails, dump it/sell it for parts and buy another...
