A pleasant 30 mile ride yesterday through the Sussex countryside.

Tried again yesterday on the Haibike, but only managed an identical 42.5mph :( Get the next Wiggle MTB ride out of the way, and I'll put the slicks on the BH, lock the front suspension and try again. The Haibike just doesn't seem the bike to get there.

I'm now on the third motor in the space of ten months. The first motor was noisy from day one, but suffered the bearing issue, and was replaced under warranty. The second motor was lovely and quiet until I took it swimming, then the noise of it increased over a period of a few months, until it...

After last weeks Wiggle ride, I thought that I'd get the bike into the guys that now service/prep it for me, so that they could give it a quick once over, in readiness for the next Wiggle ride. Sure enough when I went to pick it up the first thing that they said was "have you had an off" It...

Well there's news to me, I didn't even realize that the forum had a stolen bike section. Shows how much interest that I take in that side of things.

I see them on a regular basis both in Crowborough and East Grinstead riding along on Wisper bikes. I've even had to resist the urge to blast past. :)

BH are now fitting an S pedelec mode to some of the NEO range. Not sure if the UK market is included in that though.

To me it looks the same as my BH fitted motor. The motor complete with rim minus tyre weighs approximately 4kg.

I'm betting that the same person has also never ridden one.

Bought and about to sell a Haibike eq Xduro Cross. It just doesn't do it for me. It's as dull as dish water. I'd really like to up my game in respect of e-mtb's, but deciding in which direction to go, isn't easy. If the BH had an extra 10miles of potential range, and wasn't limited by depth of...

I can relate to that one, and think about it pretty much each time that I use local my bridleways and byway's. :) The relative silence of the bike is also a bonus.

Failing the above, we could always just do a chilled out evening or weekend ride some time soon. :)

Sounds like a plan. :) And at least it's nice and local. As said to Tim though, the BH battery range is crap, so I have to pedal a fair bit of the ride to make it last. So if you aren't in any hurry.... :) The Purbeck one is a bit of trip for me, so I was thinking that I'd take the family...
