You're the first I've seen ask about replacing the bearings, if they're a standard size and you're competent I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to replace them. The freewheel may not be available to buy though. there's a thread here that may give you more information...

Cube are certainly the first company I've seen use the word hybrid in the context of human and electric power, at first I thought you'd bought a conventional hybrid bike rather than a mountain bike. I look forward to seeing how you get on on the commute. ETA, that front sprocket looks tiny...

I wish I'd seen that guide, and he makes actually mounting the tyre look very easy, I went with the glue on wait 24 hrs, glue on wait etc etc which at the time seemed to me to be pointless, but all I saw at the time was saying that was the best way. Well off topic sorry.
