Its correct about the O & X ring chains on mc's now..... but i was riding mc's long before these came about. In those days it was always gear or engine oil on the chain and grease on the sprocket teeth. Using engine oil on modern motorcycle chains is mainly to stop them corroding on the surface...

Well if i'm doing it wrong, it must be the chain fairies that keep my motorcycle chains going for over 20K miles..... cant remember ever having to replace a bicycle chain at all.

I couldn't really care less whether they sell them or not..... but i do get fed up of hearing how some sellers try to tell other sellers what they should or shouldn't be selling.

Yep, i agree........ apart from the 10% of the time they stay on their owners property, the rest of the time they are vermin. They ** in peoples gardens, they have scratched the paintwork of my car when they jump up and skid across the bonnet..... not to mention all the thousands of birds and...

I've never liked 26" wheels, they've always looked wrong to me and when i bought into the popularity of mountain bikes 25 yrs ago and bought one myself i didn't like way they rode either. I've stuck to hybrids since..... I think the 27.5er is probably the best compromise for a mountain bike.

I would agree that a lot of ready made ebikes are overpriced for what they are and some are a total rip off.... although there are reasonable priced ones as well. For a rear hub kit, i think electricbikeconversions on Ebay have some of the best bang for your buck kits around.

18 kilos is well heavy for an ordinary, unassisted hybrid bike..... i bet you've overestimated those weights. What make and model of bikes are they ?

My dog isn't aggressive, he doesn't fight with other dogs and loves all people...... but something instinctive switches on when he sees a cat and has to chase it. Most of the time they are too fast for him, but when he does catch one, just one bite will dispatch them.

I have a dog..... if a cat enters my garden my dog will kill it if he catches it. But some cats will still chance their luck, so they cant be that bright.
