    I've noticed we get a lot of adverts in the classified from new members who join just to sell their bikes. No contribution other than an advert. On other forums I've joined there's usually a minimum post count before adverts are accepted. What does the members think about this? Say 30 posts...

    Most "new parts on a car are reconditioned. When I put an alternator on my wife's Honda they insisted on having the old one back.

    So you live in Milton Keynes and the bike shop is circa 50 miles away. Do you realise that by not naming them you're casting doubts on the competence of bike shops that fall in that category. Time for Sherlock Holmes to investigate.....

    Get a D style lock of Gold Standard. Keep away from cable locks. Bolt cutters go through them like butter.

    Try a Wisper....not the prettiest bike but a very well made one with some of the best back up in the UK. Many on here have them and I've never heard of anyone regretting their purchase.

    All those bikes are good makes...you'll know the one you like as soon as you start riding it....I agree with d8veh... find a local bike shop, test some and buy there, You will then have bought into a support system. Know very little about Cityzen brand. Freego is a notch down from the other...

    I had mine fitted at Volvo. Their own branded rack is made by Thule. If Volvo have chosen Thule then you can be sure it's been rigourously tested.

    It looks a very well made bike. Looks a bit like the Reise & Muller Charger GX but cheaper. I'm liking the sound of the Shimano STePS Di2 system.
