Does the retailer have to pay for all his stock upfront? If so that's quite a big outlay. Then there are wages, premises costs etc. Reckon at least a 25% margin to make that viable. If he can carry stock on a pay when sold basis maybe less if a margin How many bikes a week dies a retailer...

Did they offer to replace your bike with a NEW one? If so would that have a NEW 2 year warranty? I think that's very fair offer, something a court may take into account. The 40% offer us a laugh. But lining the two offers up side by side ...is there that massive a margin in ebikes?? Must say...

On the subject if warranties. The bike comes with a 2 year warranty. If after say 18 months a motor fails and a new one is fitted. The new one doesn't get a two year warranty nits only warrantied for the remainder if the original 2 tears know that's rubbish but it's the way mist warranties work n

All I can say is I fancied one of their integral bikes but think now I'll look elsewhere. Not the best customer service.

Trouble with Rotwild is the battery is intergrated in the frame. Bit of a problem if you want to take just the battery in to charge. I was interested in them until that was pointed out to me.

What made you choose Specialise over Bulls and BH?

Has anyone bought a Brose motored ebike? If so what are your opinions. Did you try others? If so what and why did you choose Brose? Thanks

The Rotwild is lighter than the Bulls. Is that down to a fixed battery? Both are high priced.
