Can i just add that the evo motor in the new kalkhoff integrale is so quiet that you think it isn`t on even in the highest power mode ``ultra``,i have one and i haven`t covered many miles on it but for me i still prefer the geometry of my focus jarifa mtb with the impulse 2 motor so i`m staying...

i have a kalkhoff integrale in the classifieds that will easily cover 50 miles at speed with the 17ah battery.

Because it is out of warranty you will need to buy a new motor and return your old one,the motor units are not repairable and are sent back to the factory from the dealers.

The bosch motor system has a little less power than the impulse but is in general very reliable,i have bikes with both types and my impulse motor (now working great) has also been replaced,very worrying about these impulse motor failures.

is that lifetime warranty on everything including hub motor,battery and controller?

Yes it was me at Bents, couldn`t believe seeing a integrale on the road,what happened with my integrale is that I cut the wires that lead to the rear light to take the rack off and because one of them was a brake light it may have messed up the signals to the motor,I have only rode it a few...

just on a side note...is the stealth bomber in the video realy worth £10,000 or thereabouts and at that price i`m sure there can`t be many on uk roads.

The replacement impulse motor i had fitted to the focus jarifa is running great after 500 miles so far,silent and powerful and i hope it stays that way because no other mid drive performs the same so at the moment no matter what i would have stayed with kalkhoffs product.

this guy has a youtube blog riding a £10k stealth bomber,there is no insurance that will cover this bike in street mode or any mode,he rides round blackpool and lytham st annes giving commentary along the way,good luck to him.

i am in lowton,nr warrington,the impulse motor is stronger than the bosch and the focus has a 17ah battery almost twice the range of the 400w bosch battery,i know because i have both motors,don`t know about the yamaha.
