Lidl and aldi do them when they do the bike week stuff. I have one on my bike, you can still use the phone when in the case. It was about £6.00, I'm not sure when they have bike stuff back in store.

If your budget is about £800 to £1000 I think I'd buy a kit and pick up a good secondhand bike and fit the kit on that. That way you will have a nice bike
