Apologies, I had misread your post. I'm not sure ordering a custom cable from somewhere would yield a different end result - they'd likely supply a cable that will be cut and soldered in some way. The problem with molded connectors is that they can only be fabricated as a single 'waterproofed'...

If you're not able to source a custom cable, you could just buy a standard cable pair, cut to length and solder the two parts together into a single extension.

The LMT317T is a voltage regulator that powers the controller logic and shouldn't need replacing. If your battery is less than 60V fully charged, opt for IRFB3077 FETS, since they'll generate less waste heat than IRFB4110's.

It's not complicated, but experience counts for a lot. If you want somebody to build and warranty something like this, add around another £1k.
