    I also have high cholesterol and a family history of heart disease. Had a stress test when I was 37. Not lost any weight yet but hopefully the 40 miles a day will take care of that. Hoping to hit 1000 miles before the end of next month.

    Overtrousers.

    Just to let you know I tested the rain legs on a longer journey on the way home this evening. I can't report complete dryness as the backs of my shorts were a wet but all the important areas remand dry. I think if I had longer trousers on then I would have been pretty damp below the knee.

    I have a pair clip less pedals from my trike but I can't make my mind up wether to put them on my flyer. Will booties fit non cycle specific shoes? My feet got completely soak on the way home tonight.

    The rainlegs are held on with elasticated straps and a long waist band I'm 100kg and I have about a foot left on the waist band so I think you would probably be ok.

    SCREENMEDIA SPRINTGPS - SHARING The iPhone 4 is better got this data and still had about half battery. I am thinking about adding heart rate and cadence, anyone got any recommendation on a bike computer that does this. Will wireless work given the location of the motor near the bottom bracket?
