Sorry, but for me that is over-technologized. I don't have a smart phone and don't need one. Any security device that relies on apps can be hacked. Why not just have a key? No worries about flat phone batteries etc.

Thanks Flecc, that is the most lucid explanation I have seen. I was quite surprised when I ran my electric outboard out of the water at the noise. Because the motor is underwater, you cannot hear anything other than the wash of the water thrust backwards.
