    they seem to do the job ok,keep flies and dust out of your eyes and clear,yellow & dark lenses. Cost me £4...excellent value and like you say it doesn't really matter if you break or lose them.

    i thought there might be a picture on the aldi site but couldn't see one. If they are like mine you gently lift at the nose bridge and pull that side of the lens down,and the bit nearest the ear pulls out. to put back in you push the lens in the slot earside,and push the lens up so it clicks...

    Chain cleaning

    After 5100 miles i have cleaned my chain once,just wiped it with a rag but to to be honest it was pretty clean and didn't need it.I then put some light oil on which i usually do every time i hear a squeak !
