    the kalkhoff would do it easy with no in between charge. you have the option not be as sweaty on the wisper...throttle only if required but i don't know if it would do the full return journey....but it may be sunny but a big factor is the wind......you should get a lot further on the kalkhoff...

    went for a ride today and felt a clicking from the left pedal,everything seemed ok,nothing loose so i carried on.Whilst setting off from a roundabout i found out that the strange clicking was a bit more terminal. The chain was dangling down onto the road......One of the links had completely...

    Hi Eddieo, i agree withe scott,try applying throttle whilst moving wires about,one end at a time,thats how i discovered a fault on my powabyke...good luck and don't dispair...these things are set to test us and once you find out what the problem is it will me make things easier should it...

    i held up quite a few cars in Lytham and St Annes but there was no way i was going to ride 12 inches from the parked cars along the prom waiting for the inevitable door to open and decapitate me. Luckily everone was patient including the 1950's double decker bus.

    yes you are right....i am.....i wouldn't have put a lot of them anywhere near that. The surprising thing was that they couldn't see me behind ready to overtake with all those mirrors as i weaved between them.:D

    I have just invested in a Garmin Edge 500 which is one fantastic piece of kit. It will tell you everything you need to know about your ride. Apart from the usual time,average speed,max speed,distance etc you also get elevation gain and loss (thats a total of how much up and down you have done)...

    i have 14 AA batteries so i should be able to ride around France next year. Doh.......they are rechargeable so i only need to take about 3 A better bet would be 15a batteries as standard a la Biketech Flyer

    i have just invested my hard earned cash on a garmin edge 500...hopefully it should help me improve fitness further,,,racing against previous times on various courses. All i need now is the weather to play its part and i will be able to try it out.Its only rained for 95% of july in this grim...

    does being very low down not install a bit of fear factor. I think i would be very worried about not being visible or do you have the big aerial type thing with a scull and crossbones flag ?. Maybe in the future i might try one out.....
