Allbatteries tested the battery, stated is defective. As they are unable to provide a replacement until July, have reimbursed the full purchace price. So don't know what the actual fault was, but am pleased with the no quibble refund. Allbatteries seem to be a good company to deal with.

Hi Doomo, purchased battery from Allbatteries end of January, it came fully charged so I used all its charge and then recharged, bit now won't power the motor, and screen shows all the symbols then shuts down. Battery shows full charge on its indicator. Have you experienced any problems with yours?
