So I can give you some real world equivalent experience. I have a 15 mile round trip commute that is pretty flat (mostly seafront ). No charging at work. For some time I ran a 36v 350w front BPM with a 48v controller at 52v It went very fast, too fast really in my book at 30mph hot off...

Chainline offset for BBSHD and hub gear - how much is too much?

Sorry if I'm being foolish but do you hub gears (like photo appears to be) or deraileurs? I have a feeling I am missing something here! If you have hub gears then a singulator or tensioner can help

    120mm front fork recommendations

It's going to get used for xc on South Downs and on road 120 is the design spec of the frame (though 100 to 140 possible) My mate has offered me his hardly used 120mm Magura durin marathons (700quis in 2011!) For 100 quid. They have done under 100miles and he no longer has any 26 inch bikes...

    RearViz Wearable Cycling Mirror Review

I like bar end mirrors but these things are great. So much better than you think I bought from China , slow boat for 1.02 each Depending on bike they go on bars, forks or even top tube https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/381556255338

    120mm front fork recommendations

I have just obtained a Cove Hummer 2010 titanium hardtail frame ! Very exciting stuff It takes a 120mm straight steer front fork. What would you recommend for light XC use for under 150 quid? Thanks

Bimbling around the country lanes and found a classic car rally to watch

Will do !:) Mate of mine has an alfine , inbred with a bbs conversion by Brighton Ebikes The frames really lend themselves. A 29er titanium inbred would be my perfect hardtail frame for a conversion
