The law sure is a total minefield when it comes to ebikes ! But I totally agree - if you stick to 250w and 15mph max - as well as ride sensibly I doubt there is anything to worry about Upgrades - well, if it ain't broke why fix it ! 45 miles with no pedalling on sla battered is impressive...

Welcome Could you first tell us what the distance is between your forks. At the point where the hub is and at a point about 3 or 4 inches higher The reason I ask is that if the forks are narrow, and I suspect they may be, then your options are narrowed.
