Prices of the electricity we use to charge

When I worked in pubs, there was one landlord, he died mid 50's, half a bottle of southern comfort in the morning and 2 pints, before he drove to the cash n carry. The only guy, by lunch that could single handily shake a cupa soup, stirred. Then finish off the Comfort and hit the bitter barrel...

Prices of the electricity we use to charge

Well the US doesn't have a great track record of building & maintaining infrastructure, at least Mr Xi has no issues with printing money to build roads and high speed rail, granted it goes nowhere. I wonder if that is why they are digging deep holes, a dry run for the moon...

    Brake Sensors

I use mine all the time, the magnet fell off the other day & I was lost, even though I had the right hand sensor. Speed reduction & smooth re-flow is my main function for the sensor now; When at cruising speed approaching a circle, for example, I can riding the brake just enough for motor...

    DIY rivnut fitting kit

Aye, mine are too, I got my battery in the early days just as Hailong was appearing, I started with a 36v Dolphin and it took me ages to find a 48v so I could repurpose my 36v if needed. My original trouble with going 48v hailong, a part from trying to sell two ageing 36v's, was bottle cage hole...

    DIY rivnut fitting kit

Which type of battery is it? I have dolphin, and for years was contemplating a rivnut, as the 3(by) drive train was in the way, even with a DIY 1(by) using the 3(by) and removing the derailleur. But then I adopted a folding bike 1(by) drive train & mav-rigged a conversion, now only 6 speed, one...

    Ebike acidents

& for me before the days of mobile phones, mostly distracted by my hormones in my youth. I saw a lycra cladded crusader, on a 40 single carriage, doing 20 & using his mobile. That stretch of road has no decent passing for bikes, so the cautious driver "should" stay behind the bike till the...

Wisper Brake Squeal Driving Me Crazy

I do toe-in for front V-brake, but I mav-rigged a hydraulic pro-bike v-brake on the rear & they are flat mount pads with no option to adjust, the lever is spongy has hell but after 3 years they still work, the pads 12 months old and still going. Amazing for gradual stopping & full on emergency...

Wisper Brake Squeal Driving Me Crazy

Jagwire is what I use, yes Clarks have squealed for me in the past, best to watch a couple of different YT vids on the subject, don't forget they have to point inwards at an angle, only a slight angle, either angle to the front/forward or back; try either way, I can not remember the tech term...
