you will need to take it back to the dealer for a diagnostic report and take it from there as if there is a problem with the motor it will be changed for a new one under warranty, dealers can not open up the motors as will void any warranty thats left.

i think you will be better of getting this thing working and get rid of it asap and hope you can brake even. if it was a bosch bike with a dead batt a new one is £700 :confused:

you can have a custom batt made in different shapes like say a triangle but the number of cells will be the same. my bosch 36v pack has 40 cells and looks like this inside.
