Curious about the difference between allowed wattage for 250W LPM ebikes and normal EU ebike legislation

Once or twice maybe... It is you who is constantly trying to put a limit on power. In my opinion EU legislation is very liberal in this aspect, however I would like to see it even less restrictive.

Loos like posh version of Muddyfox which retails around £500. I think Faro is much better option.

    Help! Speed limiter

Maybe try to talk to Engves customer service. They have live chat on their web page. As per speed limit - it is there for legal reasons, so I am not going to help you with that.

Opinions Of Engwe engine 2 pro For 15 year old

My son will be 15 in two days. He wanted e-bike too. We had a long conversation and I explained to him why e-bike is not good for his physical development. I am a terrible parent, I know... but my children almost never get what they want. They always get what I think is best for them.

    Help! Speed limiter

I am a little confused about what you want to achieve. Do you want proper speed to be displayed on your LCD or you want to ride faster?

    Help! Speed limiter

Did you try to change wheel size in options? Edit: Do you know what is a purpose of a rear rack on your bike? Looks like a passenger seat. It is well worth to check Engwe web page to have a laugh from their promo vids and photoshopped pictures. One of my favorite pictures is a guy with one...

Confused and looking for 48v 250w rear hub since Yose won't sell me 250w 36v kit with 15ah battery

Why won't you start a new thread? You probably just need to alter wheel size in options.

Confused and looking for 48v 250w rear hub since Yose won't sell me 250w 36v kit with 15ah battery

Keep in mind he installed wheel upside down. If you want your bike to be more weather proof, cable should go down to create drip loop.

    Same Motor, Different Power Rating

After checking spare parts sold for TSDZ2B my conclusions are: Tngsheng is using two motors. One for 250W and 350W motors and one for 500W and 750W. The same case is used for all of them, so dimensions must be the same. What are the differences between them then? I have no idea and I hoped...

There is no need to register bike. If it meets legal requirements, it is legal.

    Same Motor, Different Power Rating

So technically, what would be the difference between TSDZ8 750W sold by PSW and TSDZ8 250W sold by you? A sticker? BTW, did you get them already or still waiting?

    Same Motor, Different Power Rating

The way I see it motor rated 350W should be automatically rated 250W as well. I am surprised though to find out all motors across the power range might be identical. After all when you visit shop and you see many different products on sale you expect they are different. I was assuming higher...

    Same Motor, Different Power Rating

I keep looking at motors with different power ratings and I can't help but wonder - are they all actually almost the same motors with different labels and just minor differences? For example Tongsheng TSDZTB... We can choose between 250W, 350W, 500W and 750W. I am guessing controllers must be...
