Disabled cyclist; with one bad choice behind her, needs help with a new bike

I don't think you would put an akm128 on a Brompton The Crusa also has a rear rack battery which , as well as being over the rear wheel is quite high up, which changes the centre of gravity. I think this makes it much more awkward to manoeuvre when you are not riding the bike than a rear hub...

I vaguely remember seeing a review of a gin x e-bikes that was a bit lighter, but don't really know anything about it

I think these things are a compromise. A longer range needs a bigger battery, which is heavier. Good hill climbing ability will tend to be a slightly heavier motor. Suspension adds weight. I think it is worth trying a couple more e-bikes for a demo. Low down , balanced weight between front...

As you say, the age standardised death rates for non COVID causes are higher in the unvaccinated than the vaccinated. I don't find that surprising given the health disparities. There is a massive body of evidence strongly links economic/social disadvantage with avoidable illness, disability...

I think the general message was good although some of the specifics were wrong . He should have just concentrated on rated max continuous power and assisted speed limit. As the comments said, there used to be a weight limit but it was abolished

Because that link is about US Congress. I live in the UK. (The healthcare system works very differently here - have you seen Netflix series "Painkiller"?) Have you any evidence that the UK government or politicians pressurise researchers to falsify data / research on vaccine safety ? (Given...

So I take from that you are agreeing you were incorrect when you said "That's what I said. The money comes from the drug companies to pay NIHC. NiHC uses it to do research. The guys, who write the papers credit NIHC so that their research looks independent and plausible." That is very different...

I fear you have gone down a conspiracy rabbit hole - on the "working with partners" there is no mention of nihr being funded by industry , rather industry can apply for funding from nihr. As Nigel says, any other research that is funded by industry has declarations making that clear.
