    Bafang SWXK bolt problem

Hi John, Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it. I've attached a photo - do these forks look adequate? They're aluminium.

    Bafang SWXK bolt problem

Got it, thank you. Would you know if there is a solution available for this please, for example what people ordinarily do to secure motors with this particular type of layout? I have a long-single-arm type torque arm which could go up the inside of the fork, or I could do a spanner/jubilee...

    Bafang SWXK bolt problem

No they didn't. The bolt in the below picture is fully rounded right up to 4-5mm before where it meets the motor unfortunately.

    Bafang SWXK bolt problem

Scratch that, that's impossible: the Cycleezee torque arm can't go up the inside of the fork because it would be flush against the motor with nowhere for its bolts to go. So this SWXK motor seems incapable of having a torque arm of any kind. Is that about right? Unless I use one or two 15mm...

    Bafang SWXK bolt problem

I don't know if it's clear from the photographs, but on the left-hand side of the motor, the oval-shaped part of the bolt which comes out, i.e. the bit which goes into a torque arm, only extends 2mm from the motor. On the right-hand side it extends only 4mm. This seems to mean that on the...

Yes that's exactly what it's like. Actually mine is slightly different, it has three 'fingers' instead of four, but it all looks like the same mechanism.

Trex - have a look at what the OP said. Trex everything you've just said is incorrect as a matter of law. I don't mean a little bit incorrect. I mean utterly fictional. You don't even realise it. You just come out with this stuff. Please just don't do this to yourself, to me, and to the...

I'm sorry but this just isn't true. At all. Hillas v Arcos. Honestly if you knew how wrong you were you wouldn't even begin to post on these topics. I'm holding back from being blunt because I know how awful I find being told I'm talking nonsense. But I'm afraid you are. The courts will...

If the seller promised a warranty on the phone or in person or any other way that is a warranty. It doesn't matter that it wasn't written down. You don't have to hold yourself out to be a business seller to be treated as one, you just have to be one. If the seller pretends to be a private...

Bike Cameras. The Negatives and Positives of using them

You seem to have a sympathy for annoyance you think others may feel, without saying how you feel yourself! I don't see why someone's annoyance at being filmed should morally outweigh the film-maker's interest in having their right not to be assaulted protected by the threat of legal recourse...

OK my criminal law knowledge isn't what it ought to be but isn't what you're describing in this sentence, an additional crime, i.e. an attempt to defeat the ends of justice? But my main thought is that drivers are far more distressed at the 'public dishonour' of someone loudly 'disrespecting'...

Good on you for taking it to Citizens Advice - was that the telephone helpline? I believe that's the new frontline for Trading Standards - so the serious complaints get passed on to Trading Standards. This sounds like a Trading Standards or Competition & Markets Authority issue (the CMA is the...

OK so you do have a genuine beef with PayPal here, imho, because the 'significantly not as described' element is arguably that the item was impliedly of satisfactory quality in being reasonably durable (as was to be discovered), and by not explicitly excluding those scenarios in its terms...
