Velcro straps are better IMO

I just saw it in my local Lidl. £9.99. Very similar to pump recommended by Guernay. I use it for many years with no problems. On each tyre you should have min and max pressure value. It is normal to lose some pressure while detaching pump from valve. Just do it decisively and quickly.

Big pump at home (bought at Lidl) and tiny as emergency on the road. Pressure depends on tyres you use, where you ride and how you like it.

I am afraid camera won't help to change drivers attitude.

I think torque arm here is not necessary, but it won't hurt if installed. It is only few £, so might be worth it to go an extra mile.

Do you have controller in battery base? If not, it is easier and better to drill through battery base than through frame. If that won't work, you should try adaptor as suggested by Cadence. Drilling frame should be your last option IMO
