What do you get for £1.88 these days?

Convex will bring more into view but as you know at the expense of distortion, its too difficult to judge where and how fast that car is coming, also the position of where it is. The mirror has an adequate field of vision to see whats coming up behind you.

What do you get for £1.88 these days?

Best not to overtighten, just enough so you can adjust when your riding. Also don`t expect delivery in a couple of days, it`s £1.88 so you don`t get FedEx!! Must say its hard to see where the profit is in this?! Anyway i`ve ordered another couple just to have.

Have one of those myself, do you get `Welcome` on start-up? It wouldn`t be in that night mode? Have you tried holding various buttons down? Or re-seating the cable connectors?

What do you get for £1.88 these days?

Well actually quite a nice little mirror, not one of those massive lollipop things that get in the way of everything does all you`d want it to do, tilts, folds over when not in use. Fits into standard bars a treat. And if you break it, so what, order another!! linky...

Bit of an update i just received from one of our MLA`s meeting with the Chief Con. While the Chief Constable did indicate that PSNI would not be actively pursuing e-bike users in relation to any potential offences, he was not able to rule out any action being taken in all scenarios. The PSNI...

Trying to construct a custom cassette

I`ve found you don`t need a bench grinder, a couple of hefty thumps with a punch and those pins will slide out ok.

It`s been over a week now, not because of the present impasse, but of this nasty weather we`ve been having. In any case i always like to get away from these busy roads and into the parkland if i can, Gosford, castlewellan, the Lakes and the like. At least you can relax somewhat there without...

Trying to construct a custom cassette

In the process of putting the final touches to a second BBS build, this time the HD version, and to be honest all i would need with this thing is five cogs at the very most, the torque is something else. It`s a complete waste of time clicking through them all. There`s a cheapy ETC 7 speed in...

    Dowsing for Water

I had an underground leaking pipe at the back of my property a while back, a young lad from the local Water Service appeared with that long metal pipe stethoscope thing and in no time at all zeroed in where it was. Now i don`t know how your guy can tell the rate of flow unless there's a meter...

All those mentioned above including my own would be virtually risk free, it`s the unknown ones with no feedback you need to be careful of. As regards the battery, it`s the most important part of the kit, i`d purchase that here in the UK, and at Insat in particular. Having said that my first BBS...
