    [Noobie] First step to Lipo

No, I haven't made any template yet. Not too sure how to do a template. I suppose I need to find a big cardboard (ex: one for the bike) and adjust it to make it fit to the scooter? I've seen some people use 3D modelling tool, not sure if it's useful? Also, I was thinking about creating...

You need to host the picture from outside. You can for example upload your pictures in Imagehack (imageshack.us) and paste the picture link here. I use dropbox because I found it very convenient.

Help - My pedelec is not working

Nice spot d3veh, it seems that the green cable was connected to VD (I wasn't able to see that with my eyes, and you spotted that from a picture? How did you do that? :)): Should I solder? Is there any risk? Because the throttle is still working for now

Help - My pedelec is not working

Do you mean the cables outside the board? Everything seem to be connected correctly. Or do you mean to remove completely the board to check the circuit on the back?

Help - My pedelec is not working

Yes, it's connected. The strange thing is that the pedelec is working... but stuck to the lowest speed. So the sensor is correctly connected. I suspect it's the green cable from the speed switcher that's has to be solded. But I'm not sure and I don't know where.

    The advantages/diadvantages for LifePo4 batteries

Flecc, do you mean that because Kudos bike are limited to 250W, they don't drain (and strain) the battery too much. That allow them to provide 1500 cycles number?

Thanks for the link scottyf. The price seems really interesting. I purchased these lipo: HobbyKing R/C Hobby Store : ZIPPY Flightmax 8000mAh 5S1P 30C They are much more expensive and I may have to pay taxes. Maybe I should look at cheaper lipo :)
