I am no brake expert, but you will stop the squeak by setting the trailing edge of the brake pads about 3mm closer to the rim than the leading edge. This will make the pads sit just a little bit out of parallel with the rims and the squeak will be gone.

Your link refers to motor sprockets, not rear wheel sprockets. I'm fairly sure that rear sprockets don't come smaller than 16 tooth.

I may be wrong, but I was under the impression that 16 tooth was the smallest available. You may have top increase the chain wheel size to achieve the desired higher gearing.

Put the bike in 4th gear. There is an adjuster where the gear cable enters the selector on the handlebars. Rotate the adjuster until the lines are together.
