John, all 36V batteries when fully charged show 42 Volts. Therefore, all 36V systems run at 42V and all the way down to 31V-33V when they usually cut off to protect the battery. Have you got a non standard battery?

in a crank drive like the 8-Fun BBS01, the space that was occupied by the two inner chainrings is now occupied by the gearbox. A triple chainring is going to be problematic to keep a good chainline. It's possible to fit a double chainring though.

Error 05E is brake sensor activated. Motor is cut off by this signal. Do you have anything connected to the brake sensor inputs?

it seems to me that the S09 may be too powerful for your battery. The maximum current draw is usually twice the battery's AHs, that's 2 x 10A.

You can use any 36V battery with the GSM, the bigger the better. BTW, the bike on the picture has a very small triangle because of the small frame and rear suspension. The 11.6AH round bottle is just about small enough to go in, the Oxygen downtube battery is bigger than that and won't fit...

yes, the KLS is 2kg lighter than your Bear and is a step through. It has also quick release front wheel, very easy to carry in your car. Did you ask Hatti for the possibility of swapping your bike with the new one?
