The Wisper has a throttle which can be opened to full if a rider wants. It does make the bike illegal though. All the best, David

Good point. We ship thousands of bikes a year from Shanghai port and have never had any problems at all with moisture ingress. Nor have Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha who send tens of thousands from Asia. So I can't imagine there would be any issues. I still seriously recommend the OP buys locally...

Hi Malcolm, the tyres we provide have excellent puncture protection. We never have any complaints. They have a good Kevlar protection layer and are built to take the extra weight of an electric bike. Marathon plus are of course good but I wouldn't be inclined to change the tyres supplied simply...
