I agree, the amount of torque generated is hugely important. Which of course brings us to the next big question, where is the torque measured? Crank dive bikes publish higher torque figures than hub bikes but the measurement is completely different. A new grey area, just what the industry needs!

Hi Phil, according to my notes the Bosch CX peaks at 612W about the same as most good electric bikes on the market in Europe.

Every mid drive motor is different and needs a different frame design. You would need to be more specific.

Amazing! Yes I thought they were about a few years before the Wispers. The battery tech has moved such a long way since those early days. Hence the need for new battery case designs.

Yep 11 years this year, we sold our first bikes in 2005, it doesn't seem possible! The Ezee was being sold even before the Wisper by 50 Cycles, so I am sure you also have 11 year old bikes out there too. We still re-cell the old kettle plug batteries first used on our bikes, but we do tend to...
