    No idea whatsoever about physical packing, but a C-17 can carry around 77 tonnes and the PPE was reported to be 89 tonnes. So, in terms of weight, they could get most of it onto one flight.

    I do think that two (or more) different diseases seems more likely. Just a bit of a surprise to have them with such similar symptoms - well, apart from death rate.
