    Rear rack

The Op would have at least three options, a lot of them with the Currie motor were 24v. 1. Buy another battery they are still available. 2. Get it recelled by Jimmy. 3. Buy a Silverfish battery with the fitting kit and swap them over.

    Rear rack

Those rear seat tub rack things aren't designed for a heavy battery, eventually probably the clamp will give way due to vibration/fatigue. A QR seat clamp will work but depends if the op is going to leave it for any length of time locked up somewhere ? Eventually the seat/post might get nicked...

    Rear rack

If you want a rear rack then buy a ebike already with one. Why buy a lwb bike with a behind the seat battery and the decide it's in the wrong place ?

    Battery question

We aren't brave enough because we're not so stupid to try it in the first place.

    Battery question

Taking Andy- mat's advice is best taken with a large pinch of salt, we all had a chuckle at his disk brake thread and theories. He then went on to tell us how we had the rotors on the wrong way round. Charging fully isn't going to cause issues when you are doing that mileage daily.

    Warranty

For shop warranty you will need local backup not distance with mid motor drives.

    Brushed controller

The only pas /throttle brushed controller I have come across was on AliExpress, they are rare and I don't think you will get a UK/EU sourced item.

    Long distance commute bike

Putting in 7 - 10hr shift in between a 70 odd mile return commute will be some day let alone 4 or 5 days a week, may be nice on mild days but all year round come rain or shine ? Maybe Kirstin can add his penneth worth as he commutes all year round but nowhere near that mileage I believe.

Help! Advice on Ebike for chronically ill human

Sadly Travis you has too many requirements for your needs and you will have to compromise on some, the balance issue and folding issue being the main two I believe. With balance then any clipping in in on the pedals is a no go I believe and folding option often means small wheels. I'm with Ben...

    Yose power Battery with rack

The KT T09s will try to draw to much current from that battery, it is only 10a continuous discharge. The cells will be cheap possibly China unbranded. You need 20/25a min continuous discharge battery.

£900 for conversion, can I do cheaper and or more powerful?

Above 15.5mph e bikes will use more battery energy as you are then in to wind resistance territory even on a calm day.

TSDZ2 Crank fell off - what spec for replacement nut?

No because they don't carry out balancing, only a bms or manual intervention can balance cell groups. If one wants to limit charging voltage you need a smart bms for the battery to guarantee balancing is met, though good cells should remain in balance if you manually charge to lower voltage...
