    Brexit, for once some facts.

Dominic Raab was on BBC1 this morning. He didn't sound convincing. I reckon that the £100 millions that BJ/Cummings want to spend on no deal brexit ads is going to turn more people against brexit. Nobody likes government wasting tax money.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

on balance of probability, we are likely still paying next year. There is no majority of public support for no deal. Apparently, BJ prepares to spend £100 million on 'public awareness' to prepare voters to accept his no deal brexit...

    power problem with Wisper 806SE

You get more information here: http://www.e-bicycles.eu/video/tc480_manual.pdf The TC488 LCD has 5 blobs represnting power output. He says that if he keeps pushing, power seems to cut out when the power reaches 5 blobs. his theory is plausible though. Either the controller trips or it's...

when Sky asked JC how he is going to stop BJ's brexit, his answer was 'he and his Labour candidates vow to fight inequality'. Obviously not to stop brexit. the 48% desparately needs a leader and who is it going to be?

he preaches to the converted. Only one tory MP stands between the majority in the HoC, an absolute must to force no deal through the deadline, and new GE. the fight will resume when parliament returns in September.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

the most credible remainers' tactic is to deprive BJ his majority officially. The LibDems may win Radnorshire by-eleciion this Thursday, only one tory MP needs to cross the floor to join the LibDems to make it a reality. I'd like to see Rory Stewart leading the remainers troop.

    500w Motor Question

the short answer is 15,5mph. legality aside, the speed depends on the gradient. If you climb a steep hill, your speed will depend on the gradient and how much you pedal. The 500W label simply means it can dissipate 500W guaranteed. What comes out of the motor depends on battery voltage...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

No we are not out because parliament does not accept Bojo's brexit. Bojo's strategy is not to negotiate. All he wants is another 5 years of tory rule and the EU has nothing to do with this. He will forget that he promised 'do or die'. If parliament still blocks brexit then he'll blame parliament...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I don't think ref2 is going to fix anything. The UK works well because we have indirect representation. Imagine our government needs to raise taxes to pay for the care of dementia sufferers, it consults all voters with a referendum. What you think the result will be? The same happens with...

not all but a lot of money stashed away in tax havens is the product of tax avoidance schemes.

it's difficult to see remainers unite behind Corbyn and yet, unite they must to win the next GE. Otherwise, BJ is going to rule this country for 5 more years.

it's difficult to see the difference on the on-screen keyboard. zlatan needs new glasses, that's all.

I actually believe that JC could make brexit work.

he does not have to call it himself, JC will put down a motion of no confidence in September.

BJ knows that the tories would be gone from power before the FTA (with the EU) if it takes too long.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I think you are wrong on this. I am not for BJ but because I don't think there is much difference in cost between staying very close to the EU (like joining EFTA after the transition period) and a WTO brexit for 18 months, that's the timescale for concluding something like CETA+. I don't think...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

BJ wants to skip the WA and bag an FTA instead. Don't forget, brexit backers want the Pound to drop further. it's up to the EU to decide whether it wants the UK to have a transition period or not.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

it's true if it comes to trade war but I don't think either side will seriously consider that. The reality is the backstop will never come. The key difference between TM's and BJ's administrations is the implementation period, worth about £17 BN to the EU. TM wants it, BJ is prepared to do without.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

after BJ takes us out without a deal, the backstop is naturally eliminated. The EU will be forced to give BJ some concession on the backstop if they want us to have an implementation period.
