    Parking on the pavement

You should try living in a coastal tourist destination! I get shouted at for walking in the road: "Sorry, I can't walk on the footpath it is reserved for parking". They don't want to get out of the car to discuss further so I must look sufficiently annoyed, grumpy old man really is a fun place...

Hobby king multi star on offer

You are right I was having a Doh! moment mathematically. I'm feeling better now  It is a computer PSU with a -12 V ramp etc. which makes the total of 480W. Another PSU is the best idea. Thanks. Another 80 W 10 Amp charger at 27€ was my plan. I will be "breaking" them at the serial...

    KT LCD3 Setting Oddity

Yes you can modify LVC on the LCD but what if it is set to 40 V in the BMS? I wouldn't go below 3.5 V per cell - my Li-ion LVC is at 35 V for a 36 V battery.

Hobby king multi star on offer

Charger question: My PSU is a 480 W model with 18 Amps on the +12 V output. Can I use one (1) PSU to power two (2) R/C balance chargers? My thought is one charger with parallel charging board/cables for 2 x 6S packs and another for 4S. I have an 80 W charger which has 7 Amps output which would...

    Bit of a close call.

Lawn mowers. Back in my childhood I put a stone through the plate glass window of my sisters bedroom just above her head. I didn't notice a thing until my mother ran out. Left a nice tidy hole just like bullet holes in those gangster movies...

    Off topic battery

OK so here are the symptoms: Today plugged the charger in and turned off the screen. Charged to around 30% then stopped I didn't touch it and by the time I got back to it charge was down to 19% now it is plugged into the external battery and at 9% It will stay at around 9% refusing to go over...

    Off topic battery

I can get a new one but this one is just fine, no scratches looks like new, except for the dead battery which I will swap the battery out but in the meantime I need a tablet - can't work without one. If I replace it will be an iPad mini 4

    Charging pattern

I came in on a tight budget but I didn't try and save on battery cell quality. This meant I had to give up on capacity as a compromise. I don't regret taking that road, there are so many stories of people frustrated with low quality 18650 cells that give neither enough ooomph nor enough range...

    Bosch Battery parallel cable

The way Bosch batteries plug in it will be much easier to swap out. Maybe the OP wants a higher C rating and less sag?
