Hi Gbay ..I am 20 stone and have converted my old Carrera with a BBSHD and 52v 17ah battery. In the lowest gear it climbs like a mountain goat.

One problem I had was fitting the bolts that hold on the front sprocket. It seems the factory had painted the threads and i had to clean them up with a tap before the bolts would go in.
