Is this a new form of marketing???

OK, so not so much a pedelec, more a hypelec. .

    Brexit, for once some facts.

No, he gave a choice of the same, and large numbers complained of exactly that. And most of the so called middle classes are nothing of the sort, they are working class with pretensions. They will eventually realise that when the Tories leave them further and further behind in the wealth...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

This is simply not true, the people most certainly want the things that Jeremy Corbyn promotes such as more money for the NHS, smaller class sizes and doing away with university charges. The only reason they are not voting for them is that they've been brainwashed into thinking Jeremy Corbyn is...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

A change in Labour policies? What would be the point of changing from socialism which is the fundamental of the Labour movement. Blair did that, turning it into an alternative Tory party leaving the electorate with a lack of real choice. .

    Brexit, for once some facts.

True, but as I've observed, we cannot have a strong Labour government now, or even in the short term future, no matter who leads it or what policies they have. .

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Quite true, the candidates did nothing wrong. But Conservative Central Office did do wrong. They advised that the campaign bus and hotel expenses for travelling campaigners were legally not part of candidate expenditure. That was wrong in law, since the purpose of the bus and volunteer...

You should have posted the link below instead Zlatan, a scathing view of the EU in this respect: Animal welfare and the EU .

Broken plastic battery mount on ebike... any ideas please?

I'm not surprised, 50cycles did exactly the same for me when mine broke. The goodwill value of such acts is far greater than the cost of the part, so it makes good commercial sense. .

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I haven't failed to see the effect of the EU, but accept that the EU quite rightly does not interfere with the internal politics of a country. I'm quite sure that the broadly socialist EU is far from happy with the political scene in the UK, but cannot and would not intervene. .

Ironically that's what the EU did when copying the Japanese law, they took the 250 watts and 25 km/h assist limit, but left out the very early fierce phase down of power. You probably think they should also have left out pedelec control and the 25 km/h, but I'm happy with those for utility...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Not really, Blair did huge damage to the Labour party by making it a pseudo tory alternative, removing choice. That greatly helped the right wing media, since it gave credence to their standpoint that any socialism is extremism. I can't envisage any solution in the short term future, since out...

Ongoing reliability of Kalkhoff/Focus Impulse 2 motors

This is absolutely correct, there has been definite occasions of fake members being entered as members of this forum on behalf of the company concerned. There's even been far, far worse behaviour, but I'd rather not expand this into an embarrassing situation for all concerned, including...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Not so, the problem is threefold: First the loss of Scotland to the SNP meant Labour could no longer reach a controlling majority in the UK. The structural changes in England such as the loss of industry have left too few of the population identifying as socialist, and the more recent changes...

Is this a new form of marketing???

How about this bit of nonsense in the blurb: "At speeds over 25km/h, the engine completely ceases its support in order to avoid any fricition that might impair power transfer." How strange, I always thought it was the law enforcing that limit. .

Broken plastic battery mount on ebike... any ideas please?

That's the one. It can take 24 hours to set unless the temperature is raised. A luke warm oven does the trick, bringing setting down to two or three hours, but only a little warmth with a plastic part of course. .

Broken plastic battery mount on ebike... any ideas please?

When I posted about the broken platform, 50cycles saw the post and immediately despatched one to me FOC, first class post, so they were carrying it as a spare. It was too late though, since I'd already repaired mine and didn't bother to swap it over. .

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Unsurprising, David Cameron had promised a free vote on bringing back hunting with dogs, but found that impossible during the coalition period with the Lib-Dems. It's clearly a Tory policy. .

WHO makes the porsche cayenne e bike, and why motor runs hot ?

Definitely not Porsche, with two honourable exceptions, car makers bikes are made for them by bike makers. I don't know who made this one, but very likely one of the smaller German e-bike makers like Grace. Someone might recognise which from the photo below if it's this one. The motor is a...
