    the OP wouldn't have to. The Karoo is supplied with 13AH/15AH or 17.5AH battery and having narrow fast rolling tyres and a rigid fork, you can hit 70+ miles with a 13AH battery, 100 miles with a 15AH battery.

    Volusia25, just to be clear on the warranty, the latter only deals with manufacturing issues. It does not cover the cost of maintenance and wear and tear parts like brake pads, tyres, lubricant etc.
