    Brexit, for once some facts.

It's certainly not fake truth. 'forever closer union' is a phrase that has no legal power in itself but because it is written into the original treaty in 1957 and since then, repeated in every subsequent treaty, there is no real escape from it. I know Cameron opted out of it but as the EU will...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I think for many, the reason is a lot simpler than that. They don't want the UK to be absorbed into a European superstate. That's the only destination for the EU and not in a very distant future, 20 years at the most.

he sure is a fan, but will he learn something from the master though? he says a lot of things to please his people but I still can't see how congress is going to let him spend 1 trillion on infrastructure, money that they will have to borrow from the Chinese and Germans. Back to brexit, there...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I think the issue is more 'do/can we stay in the EU for 10-20 more years?'. Ever since Maastricht, the EU has a very clear path to the future that half the UK does not want.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Actually, we are doing OK in the financial year ending this month. UK net debt increase is estimated at £47bn, well under 3% of our GDP. Philip Hammond is right trying to avoid austerity while keeping the net debts growing at less than 3%. A small deficit is not a bad thing.

    Is an ebike for me?

The in-frame battery has a normal lock. You can unlock and remove it like all the other lockable batteries to charge it up indoors for example. The advantage of in-frame battery is that the lock is protected by the frame. When you lock your bike to a bike stand, keep the chain side to the stand...

    What do I need?

BPM motor kit: If the OP is going to replace the old battery with an HL battery, I can supply 17A LS1260 sine wave controller (in place of the 20A controller) that acts also as the battery cradle. The BPM would then lose 15% of grunt but run quiet as a mouse (well nearly). You can just about see...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

You could be just as sarcastic about anything. In or out of the EU. As I said before, brexit has many unknowns. We'll discover them and deal with them as a new relationship with the EU develops. Until then, there is bound to be uncertainty. "Anything that goes wrong after Brexit not attributed...
