Yes I think it needs to be removed. It doesn't look like it can unscrew but I'm no expert.

Ok will try. There are water marks in some areas. I suspect when it will be completely dry it will still be quite blurry

It's leafbike motor directly laced into a 20" rim. It works ok but I intend to change my rim into a bmx one and put moped tyre.. the current one just wear out in a couple of month
