Yeah but most ebike rack can carry up to 25kg. So my question is if we could carry the same amount of luggage through a bike rack we can install on any bike.

Yes a trailer is definitely in scope... But i think i can still have a decently large rear rack on top of that. The question is which one and shall i build one... i may give a go on the axiom journey rack and add some tubes to extend it slightly..

On my bike, I do 12 miles commute each way every day: About 40 mn to do that.

if you need to take the bus... you better just upgrade the bike and not use the bus at all. My bike has always been faster than bus in city. how far is your commute by bike only?

Yes you are right, maybe stainless is too hard to work with and maybe I should stick with aluminium. What thickness is best from the ebay shop? Shall I get the 2 inch ones? Only 2 left!

I know I a stronger bike would be better but I live in a tiny place and I don't have space for a bigger bike. I've sold most of my stuff and even my downhill kona stinky, if I could I would get a proper cargo bike but no way I can keep it inside a small flat. :(
