    Ebike shop after service

in England in my experience being a member of which legal and threatening businesses with the supply of goods and services act (1979) is very much the norm for getting anything approaching ethical behaviour out of businesses 90% of the time

    Oxydrive kits

very helpful - it narrows it down completely - first I couldn't find the 06 error code in the manual (found here on an old post in the forum it also means low voltage)

    Oxydrive kits

except on mine there isn't any noise or dysfunction from the motor - its just the power dropping off and code 06 appearing

    Oxydrive kits

FWIW what you describe is exactly what happens to mine - I emailed Andrew at oxydrive who said he has emailed the supplier of the batteries and is waiting to hear back before me sending it to him (the battery - which suggests it's the battery that causes this)

    Oxydrive kits

many thanks - very helpful post - mostly the technical part which ill archive for later (ill no doubt need it at some point). It also made me wonder about the warranty - a search of my Hotmail inbox revealed something quite astonishing - an email from Andrew from 1 February last year saying he...

    Oxydrive kits

don't mean to complicate things - but similarly I worry it's the BMS - then, if I opened it and physically/visibly cant find a loose connection I'm afraid it will be terminal (no pun intended)

    Oxydrive kits

many thanks - that's very helpful (although opening a bottle battery seems a bit daunting)

    Oxydrive kits

Dear all, I've got a sudden new problem with the oxygen kit I'm hoping someone may be able to shed light on? Intermittently form a full charge it gives a code 06 error code (low voltage I gather) - especially after a vibration (say going through a small hump in the road) - then when I coast a...

Ebay seller ' Electric Bike Conversions ' seem to be doing well :)

you should have gone with "no", it works better I think (you may well have inadvertently caused the forum to have another twenty page repetitive thread as a result of not doing so) anyway, I'm with Douglas Bader http://genius.com/4134756 on this and get where you're coming form

    Krieger vs Zephyr-B

Since that prize onanist from KTM's narcissistic acting out caused d8veh to leave the quality of the discourse on the forum has really improved no end( hint: I do not know how to be more ironic than this)

    Segboards, Are They Legal?

saw one in Wycombe yesterday, thought it was incredibly stealth, BUT zero cardio, dread thinking how much weight I'd gain if I stopped walking altogether

Best ebike for 40 mile per day commute (hilly!)

I ride a 12 mile commute each way with mixed steep and not so steep hills and sort of agree with this: if this was the continent and you could do it in a civilised way on cycle paths it would be very easy - the things that make it tough in the UK isn't speed or range - it's crap shoulder less B...

Best ebike for 40 mile per day commute (hilly!)

I have a bafang CST kit on a racing bike,it does a 11.5 mile commute in 37 mins no sweat on hilly terrain with a 36v 18a controller I.e. very weedy,I think it's dead easy to do what the op hopes to

Bosch made the VW emission cheating dongle.

interesting, it brings to mind the legal premise in the thread about dongles around whether it makes one culpable to make stuff that can be used for illegal activity (e.g. a dongle) or whether the responsibility is only the customer's. Bosch however does not sound as if it blew the whistle...

Bosch made the VW emission cheating dongle.

sweeeeet (wont it be lovely if there is a global class action against Bosch for this for a few zillion zillion pounds)...curious that all the anal types who are so quick to judge those who exceed 17.8mph are stumpf about this?

    Newbie looking for advice

this may sound daunting but I'd go for a kit (perhaps oxygen or woosh bbs, depending on whether you want crank or hub drive), the thing about this is that it means NOT having to buy into a whole world of cheap, crap Chinese bicycle - you could pick up a good normal bicycle second hand with...

Electric Mountain Bikes: No one will buy one?!..

Evidently not. Unlike yourself, I don't even give second thought to this forum when I'm out on my bike, so clearly it is bothering you more than it doesn't bother me. http://www.pedelecs.co.uk/forum/threads/how-many-people-are-using-there-e-bike-off-road.15780/page-51#post-277594 I'd say that...
