Thanks very much indeed for info I am c17 st and 6’ 1” I imagine my trips will be limited to ordinary roads and open paths and moderate hills or inclines only -all for comfortable casual riding only on a hybrid I will need to do some more research! Regards Ian I would welcome

I live in Inverness and hope to buy a bike something like the Cannondale in the near future. The stockists however only permit a 20 mins trip around the store area-which being in the Moray Firth is not ideal and nothing like enough opportunity to test out the bike! Any ideas or suggestions...

Hi All Thanks to Juicy Bikes Bob and Leigh ( both extremely helpful! ) a new throttle and battery have resolved the problem and bike is now fully operational once again Thanks very much to all who contributed Regards Ian

Hi All Have been helped by Leigh at Juicy Bikes with wiring and have managed to restore power and drive. The pedal assist is also functioning. Looks like the throttle needs replacing and a new one is being sent on to me. Service by J Bikes is so impressive! Ian

Not that I know of thanks I suspect some of the wiring was not actually not connected intentionally but hopefully Bob at Juicy Bikes can clarify

I wonder of you or any of the other contributors are possibly able to assist with advice about reconnecting my cables as per later post/photo and I can then investigate further if necessary ?

Could it be that I have reconnected loose connectors the wrong way round? Anyway there is another loose connection so will try and post a couple of photos to see if that makes position clearer

When I lift front wheel off ground the speed then increases if I operate the throttle

Thanks Don't think so as throttle actually works Just can't recall power coming on immediately with ignition on and green isolator button off Ian
