Fabulous job done on my gen2 Bosch motor from the guys at ebike motor centre. From start to finish these guys are sooo helpful and do a proper good job . The turnaround was so quick as well . A pleasure to deal with such a professional team and I recommend them 100%

I use the bike daily for work so yes it gets wet in the rain but it's not been in any rain for over a month now so I would say not associated with water penetration

Do you mean they charged him all that money without actually repairing the issue as it still kept slipping

I'm definitely not capable of repairing it myself but I have a Bosch service centre in Southsea where I live so may show them the video . If I go the postal route is the motor easy to disassemble from the frame and what about the wires inside

I'm not knowledgeable on motors or how they run but the in my video doesn't sound like it's a bearings issue . It sounds like something slipping under load

Do you mean the main battery that powers the bike or is there a small battery in the purion unit. The Bike works fine I just cannot read the numbers so I don't know how much battery life I have or what speed I'm doing

are there any dongles that do not put so much stress on the motor as i only really want another 5 or 10mph for short periods... as regards to it being illegal , how can one tell if its the cyclist doing the lets say 22mph or its the dongel contributing
