Thanks for the info il have to try drill the lock as there are no keys with it and looks like someone has tried to open it with a screwdriver already so il get back to you once I’ve managed to do it

how do i solve that then borrowed another charger and that was the same the green light stays on and its supposed to go red

morning this the voltage as it stands now and the battery meter on the display is at one bar

will send you voltage in morning pal as im at work now that charger ive sent pic of does go into the socket on the bike and it does charge my other bike up but like you have said it might not be fitting properly

That’s the charger port are all polarities on them the same

Hi Everyone not been on for a while hope everyone is ok I have just bought a zipper z4 folding mountain bike with no charger it had some charge in the battery I tried to use my charger I have for my other 36v bike but it wouldn’t work can anyone tell me what charger to get for it please

if it is the cell group the cells would have to be replaced wouldnt they when i try charging it the charger just stays green

Hi this is the battery and this is the reading I’m getting when testing it it does have have a bms fitted to it how would I know if it’s that the bms has gone and how would I be able to test it
