I'm not sure if it is a kt,lcd because it reacts slightly differently to the button combinations that I followed from folks working on the kt controllers on YouTube.

I didn't know if you got my question, but I now used your highlighted name to ask: Do you think it better for me to buy that ebay controller, and just start afresh? I ask, because I don't know how likely it is for me to fix, unless I disconnect this controller?
