2 Child Trailer with quick remove

Hi Team,

I am looking for a child trailer for two kids, the trailer must be able to be attached and and removed very quickly without removing the rear wheel nut/screw. The idea is to drop off the kids to school and remove the trailer without unscrewing the rear wheel nut/screw. And also it must be easy to attach as my rear wheel screws are very hard to remove plus there may not be enough gap to screw the trailer on left side of the rear wheel as there are cables etc.

Any ideas please and pointers?. There are lots of 2 child trailers on ebay but not sure the size requirements of wheel/axel combination and if they will fit to my milan2 bike.

Are all kids (two) trailers attached to rear wheel? Are there any cheap alternatives or converters?

This is for Milan 2 bike. Price range £60-70

Hi Motion I bought this great 2 child trailer which I pull with my Whisper 905 sport. simple pin to release, very light and good value, a few days to deliver from Holland.

Thanks tigervaner, must the trailer be fixed behind the rear wheel nut/bolt? Do I have to unscrew the nut/bolt on the rear wheel?

Trailer life

Hi yes you do undo the nut, but only once when you initially fit the bracket, 4 to 5 minute job, then from then on its literally 10 seconds to connect and pop the pin through whenever you want to attach the trailer.

Got one of those sitting in my garage and doesnt get used since my daughter got her own specialized kiddy bike. Happy to sell it for £50 but would need collecting from coventry! I do travel to leeds sometimes so could meet near there if that helps you. Easy to attach to seat stays or chain stays via screw clamp with safety belt.
