Can anyone help me identify for this battery mount please. I need to source a replacement battery. No markings on the cycle plus my partner disposed of the old battery as it was dead.bike.jpg

Post a pic of the battery pack too, i think it might be a standard type (silverfish)? but its not clear from the mount pic alone.

Regardless all quality battery packs sold by reputable dealers inthe UK will come with both a new mount and charger so you only need match the dimensions as long as no pesky battery comms are involved ..

Greenlance are known for hailong battery packs,, and Yose have a good name for all sorts of packs..

Thanks. I don't have the old battery pack. My partner disposed of it as it was dead. I cant seem to find any 3-pin batteries for sale. Silverfish are either 2 or 4 pin.

That plate and the rail normally come with the battery and the bit with the plug on can be moved to another plate. You have three pins, though it's probable that only two are used anyway. Unscrew the side panel and look in the compartment to see what wires are attached to the three pins. The voltage will be marked on the controller that sits in that compartment, and it might be written on the motor too.

It looks like a mount for a standard silver fish battery that you can get from anywhere in any capacity or voltage that you want. If you tell us the voltage and how much capacity you want, we can point to them.

You can see what you get here:

Many thanks. That's really helpful. Will have a look to find out the voltage.
