"Nuke Light" is the local brand here, but it's actually designed in Tawain by a firm that seems to specialize in LED + optics products (like mini projectors), so this bodes well for the quality of the focused beam (although it would be better if it was elliptical instead of round, for the light to spread where it needs to be).
The firm is called Weichu Technology Co. Ltd, the product name is BL-200
