Yes, those ones aren't bad. They're easier to waterproof than the three-button ones.They've been available on Ebay for a fair while. They started at about £6, but the price seems to be creeping up. They're a lot neater if you use a remote shunt. Post#3 here::

I wonder why they don't use d8veh remote current sensing idea.
One milliOhm resistor with plug and socket to fit at the battery side or better still, replace the fuse box with integral sensing resistor. It wouldn't cost much more to make at the factory.

It's because they're designed for R/C applications, where you can mount it near the battery. It's only we ebikers that need it on the handlebars.
