My son in law is also 6'3". Although he has long monkey arms. So, knowing your ape index helps with choosing the right bike, in the first place.

Then people here will need to know what type of bike you'd like (e-MTB, Tourer, folder etc) There's plenty to choose from. They will also advise you on the throttle needs issue.
