adjustable handlebar extender ?

Has any one ever seen a handlebar extender where you can adjust the diameter of the clamp ,so it fits sizes larger than 25.4 ?

I was planning to use my own aber hallo just to see how it would work as throttle paddle but its too narrow for my grip.

If I could find the right size / pitch of the allen bolts that this product uses though ( I cant seem to find manufacturer online anywhere ) then I think it could work - at least as temporary solution so i can finally get out.

I tried THORusa where I originally bought my stem too, but unofortuantely he doesnt seem to know either, so if any one does , or knows of any alternative that might work please let me know.

Is this the topeak extender you mean ?

Im just wondering if that would that be strong enough to use as a handle , as it looks like a ball joint.
